Service Description

This offer gives you a great chance to take part in our unique JANMI Signature Treatment experience at the Charterhouse Clinic. JANMI Soft Tissue Therapy Practice has a minimum 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy for each treatment or session (face to face and online). If an appointment is missed, cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a full charge for the missed appointment. No refund is provided for the discounted treatment packages if they are already started. You are eligible to claim a full refund for the discounted package which has not been started yet within two weeks after your purchase. If it is more than two weeks after the purchase we will not be able to make a refund.
