Postural pain is modern-life overload: long sitting, screen time and stress shift load onto the wrong tissues until they grip and ache. At JANMI we specialise in common patterns—Tech-Neck, Rounded Shoulders, Scapular Winging, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Shoulder Impingement, Jaw Clench/TMJ, Anterior & Posterior Pelvic Tilt, SI-joint irritation, Knee Valgus, Foot Over-Pronation and Plantar Fasciitis. Rather than chasing the sore spot, we assess the whole chain and release the brakes (overactive tissue) while waking the weak links (underactive stabilisers) so posture, breath and movement share the load again.
