JANMI Executive Body Reset Private
One practitioner. One defined goal.
One evolving body map. Three months of continuity.
Private soft tissue therapy and movement support with Paulius Jurasius.
A demanding life asks different things of your body each week. Long working days, travel, training and performance commitments can make it difficult to give recurring discomfort and movement limitations consistent attention.
JANMI Executive Body Reset Private brings assessment-led soft tissue therapy and personalised movement support to a suitable private residence, office or hotel in Marylebone or Mayfair.
Over approximately 12 weeks, you work directly with Paulius. Together, you define a meaningful goal, explore relevant movement and soft-tissue findings, and adapt the programme as your response becomes clearer.

“Body Reset” is the programme name. It does not describe a physiological reset or promise structural correction, pain relief or a particular outcome.
Continuity that makes the work personal
An individual appointment can provide useful treatment and guidance. A structured programme gives us time to understand what happens afterwards.
How do you respond to a working week? What changes after a flight? Which movements become more comfortable? Which exercises are practical enough to continue?
Following the same person over time allows JANMI to refine a working hypothesis, adapt hands-on treatment, develop movement support and reassess whether the approach is helping.
The commitment is to a thoughtful process with personal oversight—not a predetermined result.
Treat locally. Reason globally. See the person.
Who the programme is for
The programme may suit founders, executives, finance professionals, entrepreneurs and private clients who value continuity and discreet care at their own location.
It may also suit frequent travellers, performers and committed recreational athletes whose work or training makes consistent appointments difficult.
You might want greater comfort through a demanding working day; more confidence with a particular movement; better tolerance of your usual travel or training routine; a manageable movement practice; or a clearer understanding of what helps and when further assessment is needed.
We agree one primary goal and a small number of supporting priorities before beginning.
Your JANMI Personal Body Map
Your body map brings together your priorities, relevant history, movement observations, soft-tissue findings and responses to treatment.
The JANMI six-link framework guides exploration:
Foot/ankle · Knee · Hip/pelvis · Lumbar/thorax · Shoulder/scapula · Neck/head
These are interacting regions to consider, not a fixed causal chain. A finding in one region does not establish that it causes symptoms elsewhere, and every region does not need treatment.
Your body map evolves as we learn what is relevant. It is a working record—not a scan, a medical diagnosis or proof of structural imbalance.
Four stages, shaped around you
1 — Understand
We begin with your history, daily demands and the change you would most value. A detailed assessment explores relevant movements and regions. Paulius explains the initial working hypothesis, agrees treatment priorities with you and begins appropriate hands-on care.
2 — Restore Options
Personalised soft tissue work and comfortable mobility practice focus on the areas relevant to your assessment. Pressure, position and technique are adapted to your preferences and response. We revisit a meaningful movement to understand what, if anything, has changed.
3 — Rebuild Control
Selected movement drills, stability work and gradual loading help you practise the movements relevant to your goal. The emphasis is on a small, usable programme. Exercises are adapted to your ability, schedule and existing training, within Paulius’s professional scope.
4 — Integrate
We consider how the programme fits your working week, journeys, training and other commitments. The final appointment reviews your progress, remaining difficulties and the activities you can continue independently. You leave with a written maintenance plan and recommendations for further support where appropriate.
These stages overlap. Your response determines the emphasis.
What your programme includes
• A 120-minute Executive Assessment.
• Eight 90-minute personalised JANMI appointments.
• Two 60-minute movement and reassessment appointments.
• A 120-minute final integration appointment.
• An evolving JANMI Personal Body Map.
• Personalised movement drills, reviewed as you progress.
• One structured JANMI 7-Day Support cycle where useful.
• Relevant desk, travel and training guidance within scope.
• Brief written summaries at two progress reviews.
• A final written maintenance plan.
• Advance scheduling and a recurring appointment slot where available.
• Direct contact with Paulius for brief programme-related questions.
Appointments normally take place over 12 weeks. An agreed schedule can extend across up to 16 weeks to accommodate planned travel. The 12 appointments include 18 hours of direct care: discussion, assessment, treatment and movement support.
Between-session contact covers up to two brief question threads each week, with replies within two working days. It is not an emergency or continuously monitored service. Questions requiring assessment are addressed in an appointment.
Where the 7-Day Support cycle is used, its agreed check-ins replace the usual messaging allowance for that week.
Private care, in an appropriate setting
Most appointments take place at your agreed residence, office or hotel in Marylebone or Mayfair.
We confirm the address, access and available space before accepting the programme. Your room should be private, quiet and comfortably heated, with adequate space for a treatment table and movement practice.
JANMI supplies a portable treatment table and routine treatment equipment. Please allow 15 minutes before and after the appointment for setup and packing away; this does not reduce your booked clinical time.
For hotel and office appointments, permission to use the space must be arranged in advance.
Your assistant can coordinate appointments with your authorisation. Health information and treatment decisions remain directly between you and Paulius unless you explicitly authorise otherwise.
The core service area is bounded by Marylebone Road, Great Portland Street/Regent Street, Piccadilly, Park Lane and Edgware Road, including boundary streets. Addresses and access are confirmed individually. Visits outside this area are separately quoted.

How we review progress
We select measures that relate to your own goal. These may include how much discomfort interferes with your day; your experience of one troublesome movement; comfortable movement range; tolerance of work, travel or training; and confidence with relevant activities.
We compare your experience over time and use it to guide decisions. These observations do not prove structural correction or establish that treatment caused every change.
If progress is limited, we discuss adapting the programme, pausing or seeking another professional opinion.
Frequently asked questions
Why choose a programme rather than individual appointments?
The programme provides a reserved sequence of care, an evolving assessment, practical support between visits and scheduled reviews. Individual appointments remain appropriate if you prefer occasional treatment or do not need this level of continuity.
Will every session treat the whole body?
No. We select the areas and activities relevant to your assessment and response. The six-link framework guides exploration rather than prescribing a full-body routine.
Will I work with Paulius throughout?
Yes. Personal continuity with Paulius is central to the programme. Any exceptional alternative arrangement would require your agreement.
Does “Body Reset” mean you will correct my posture or cure pain?
No. The name describes a period of focused attention to your comfort and movement. JANMI does not promise a physiological reset, corrected posture, a cure or guaranteed pain relief.
Can my PA arrange everything?
Your PA can coordinate availability, access and invoicing with your permission. You complete your own health information and provide consent for assessment and treatment.
What if I travel frequently?
We plan around known travel before starting. Appointments can be spread across up to 16 weeks by agreement. Travel outside the service area is not included.
Do I need exercise equipment?
Usually very little. A stable chair and clear movement space are often sufficient. Any additional equipment is discussed first.
Is this medical care or physiotherapy?
This is a soft tissue therapy and movement-support programme within Paulius’s qualifications and insurance. It does not replace medical diagnosis, physiotherapy or specialist rehabilitation when those are needed.
What if the programme is unsuitable for me?
We discuss suitability before enrolment. If your symptoms or circumstances require another form of care, we recommend appropriate assessment instead. If this becomes clear during the programme, we discuss referral and how to handle the remaining care.
Can I change an appointment?
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Changes depend on availability and the agreed programme timetable. Written scheduling, cancellation and withdrawal terms are provided before payment.
